PS3 Points system and how to find out your PSN score ( #PSJunkies )

I’ve been a PlayStation Junkie for about 4 years or so now and Since the system software update 2.40 in July 2008 I’ve been a bit of a trophy junkie. I never really thought about how the trophy system works  I just knew the higher the trophy the faster you rank up.

While in the PSJunkies Chat Room, Louis cooked up a nice little plug-in for his failbot which can give you all the PSN profile details of any user on the PlayStation Network. Upon checking my name with the failbot I noticed a total running trophy score and this made me want to learn how many Points each trophy is worth.

I posted my findings below and If you want to know your PSN Trophy score and running totals just come on into the PSJunkies Chat Room ( Click Here ) and after you enter the chat type  !psn yourpsnname  and your details will show after a few seconds. If you have any problems you can ask either Louis, robgroove or ignarps for help.

Bronze: 15
Silver: 30
Gold: 90
Platinum: 180

Level 1 – 0 pts
Level 2 – 200 pts
Level 3 – 600 pts
Level 4 – 1200 pts
Level 5 – 2400 pts
Level 6 – 4000 pts
Level 7 – 6000 pts
Level 8 – 8000 pts
